My two websites are free to view but, hey, I've got to live somehow! They're also going to stay mostly free-to-view but, needless to say, I really do think they're worth paying something for; even if the sad reality is that many people are reluctant to pay for internet content! So, why not become a privileged subscriber by contributing an entirely reasonable cover price of just £10 (c. $15.50 a year ou environ 14€ par an): click on the PayPal 'buy' button below (use a card, you don't need a Paypal account to do this)! As for the extra words of wisdom you get for this financial investment, well, just browse around to see all the regularly updated winery guides and latest hot winey features and posts. And only subscribers get my in-depth special supplements for free, emailed to you as PDF files, which aren't free2view for non-subscribers! Alternatively, advertising would give you prominent exposure and at reassuringly inexpensive rates too! See blurb in the top right hand column on the home page.

WineWriting/FrenchMedWine use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments, or you can use your own PayPal account of course, thereby offering encrypted transaction security. Subs fees are currently charged in GB Pounds, so your bank will convert and debit you in the appropriate currency at the prevailing exchange rate. As a once-a-year only payment, it won't be possible to issue a refund once it's already been made. However, you can cancel your subscription via PayPal at any time or tell me to via the contact form in the right hand column or the email address I use with Paypal. Richard Mark James is not VAT registered in the UK so that doesn't apply.

Any personal data provided will only be used to contact you about WineWriting.com / FrenchMediterraneanWine or to send occasional email updates about what's new on these sites. There's plenty enough spam and other cyber-nastiness out there already, thank you. And I certainly will never pass on your email address or other information to anybody or anything else: you can contact me any time via the form on the home page regarding your data and privacy. WineWriting.com / FrenchMedWine.com does not process or hold your bank account or card details.

By viewing or subscribing to WineWriting.com / FrenchMedWine.com, you agree to abide by the usual terms & conditions and international copyright laws regarding reproduction and dissemination of any material on this and associated websites/blogs. You thus acknowledge all rights (e.g. copy, intellectual property) are owned by Richard Mark James, unless stated otherwise, and must ask for permission if you wish to use, reproduce or disseminate any material or images. If agreed, you are not permitted to amend any text etc. or dramatically change its context, and should state the source with a link back if on a website.

These blogs are hosted by Google's Blogger so should be readily available to view in any browser. However, WineWriting and FrenchMedWine cannot guarantee this and will not be liable for any loss or damages from you using the site or due to it being unavailable or not working correctly. However, a refund might be offered to subscribers if they are unable to gain access for a protracted period of time due to a fault at my end, but not if down to a problem with Blogger. Although I always ensure all content on the sites is as accurate and complete as possible, no warranty is also made for this.

Third party cookies and sites/blogs - apart from PayPal, any other third party techno bits that will transfer themselves onto your computer via browsers come from clearly marked links to/on e.g. Google ads or other sponsored links or advertisers, featured wine producers' websites, Harpers, Decanter.com or other on-line publications related to writing on the sites. Obviously if you click on them, you'll open the corresponding (trustworthy) webpage thus beyond my control and responsibility. Anyway, cookies are harmless to your computer and nothing a good-old "delete browsing history/data" won't sort out.

Thanks for supporting and/or contributing to the financial survival of WineWriting.com and French Mediterranean Wine. Enjoy the blogs and feel free to send me any feedback, as I'm always interested in hearing what you think is particularly good, or not so good even, in terms of content, type of feature, tastings etc.

It goes without saying that the words and images on these sites/blogs are destined for those of legal drinking age only, whatever that is in your part of the world, and that applies to subscribers in particular of course. RMJ, via WineWriting and FrenchMedWine, wholeheartedly endorses the sensible and moderate consumption of wine, especially with good food and company.
